With years of experience working with older adults, while welcoming others needing safe, supportive movement.  She understands that every person’s fitness journey is unique — and that feeling safe, supported, and confident is just as important as the workout itself.

Her approach is warm, encouraging, and personalized. Whether you’re joining a group class or working one-on-one, Tracy focuses on creating a comfortable environment where you can move at your own pace, build strength, and enjoy the process.

She believes fitness should never feel intimidating — it should feel empowering, uplifting, and something you can look forward to.
